Our coffee is a 50/50 blend with rotating coffees from Latin and South America that change with seasonally fresh coffees.  This coffee is roasted to the brink of 'darkness.' By doing this we retain a lot of the inherent flavors of the coffee while still imparting smooth and bold flavors that people are familiar with. I taste notes of sweet cedar, toasted nuts, and (very) mild fruit tones in the finish.
